Where It All Began
Some love stories begin with a chance meeting. Ours began more than thirty years ago in Lagos, Nigeria.
Even then, God was writing a story we could not yet see — planting the seeds of a friendship that would one day bloom into a lifetime of love.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord.

A Friendship Rekindled
Though life took us on different paths, we reconnected many years later through social media. What began as occasional messages — "Hi," "How are things going?" and "How is school?" — slowly reopened a friendship that had quietly endured the passage of time.
Through every message, the distance between us grew smaller and the bond between us grew stronger.
Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor.

A Foundation in Christ
In 2012, our journey took a deeper turn as we discovered that we were walking remarkably similar spiritual paths. Our shared love for God, Christian values, and commitment to faith created a strong foundation for a relationship that would continue to grow through the years.
Though separated by distance, we were united by love, faith, trust, and a shared vision for the future.
And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.

A Home Built Together
Since 2018, we have built a home together and have been blessed with four beautiful children who bring immeasurable joy to our lives. Every step of this journey has strengthened our appreciation for family, faith, perseverance, and unconditional love.
Through life's joys, challenges, milestones, and seasons of growth, we learned to support one another and trust God's plan for our lives.
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Forever Begins
As we prepare to celebrate our marriage, we are filled with gratitude to God for His guidance and blessings, and to our families and friends whose love, encouragement, and support have carried us through the years.
We look forward to continuing this journey together and celebrating this special day with all those we love.
